Your letterhead By Email

If you are receiving your letterhead and software by email, these diagrams show you how to copy the file attachments on to your hard disc. There is no difference in the way these files are saved from your email than any normal email attachments. We have included these instructions merely for your convenience just in case you have never done this before. If you already know how to copy an email attachment to your hard disc already please click the "next" arrow button above

Remember that your letterhead is a valuable investment, and you should ensure that your copy of the software and letterhead is copied and stored onto a floppy or CD-disc for archival purposes. We recommend that you also order the letterhead and files on a CD-rom from us which we will supply along with a branded CD-cover at a nominal cost. This way you can be sure that the CD will be stored securely and will be easily identifiable

Step 1

Downloading a file from Email to your hard disk

When your letterhead arrives by email, Outlook will indicate that there is a file attachment as shown above in the area alongside attach: (Depending on your Outlook settings you may alternatively see a paperclip)

Save Attachments

Select the File menu and from the drop down menu then select "save attachments"

Copy To Your Hardrive

This will then open up a pop up menu. From the buttons on the right select the one labeled"Select All". This will select all the files we have sent you, and as in the illustration above they will become grayed to show that they are selected.

Now in at the bottom of the menu you will see an area named Save To. Click on the Browse button and another pop up menu will appear. In this box select which of your folders on your hard disk you wish to save the two files to and click OK.
